7 dangerous ingredients you should stop consuming.
Majority of packed foods and drinks we buy in shops and supermarkets contain a lot of different chemicals which may have adverse effects on our health .As much as we love eating candy, canned foods and drinking sodas, we must check out for these 7 dangerous ingredients;
(a) Artificial colours.
Commonly found in candy, soft drinks and most processed foods. Its potential side effects are allergies, sinus congestion, hyperactivity in children and worsens symptoms of ADHD and ADD.
(b) Preservatives.
Found in almost every processed packed foods .Potential side effects are; tinnitus, nausea and vomiting. Polysorbates lead to infertility, and anaphylaxis. Nitrates/nitrites lead to allergic reactions and are carcinogenic. Potassium sorbate in preservatives leads to allergic reactions, nausea and DNA damage.
